New Product Development Program Manager

Job SummaryFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an New Product Development Program Manager located in Virginia Remote. Reporting to the Sr Director, Global Program Management the New Product Development Program Manager is accountable for end-to-end execution of approved new product development programs. Assume overall program ownership after business case approval and project authorization. Drive program performance to approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments. Lead cross-functional alignment across product line, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, quality, procurement, operations, finance, commercial, and customer-facing teams. Manage dependencies between engineering design maturity, supply readiness, manufacturing capability, test readiness, quality planning, and launch milestones. Ensure functional leaders understand commitments, risks, decisions needed, and timing impacts. Risk, Issue and change management Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered based on company policy.

• 8 or more years of program or project management experience in complex product development, manufacturing, industrial equipment, electrical equipment, critical power, power distribution, data center infrastructure, automotive, aerospace, or comparable technical environments.
• Experience with critical power, switchgear, power distribution, modular infrastructure, electrical systems, or engineered-to-order products.
• Experience with PLM, MES, project portfolio management, or dashboard-driven reporting environments.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification.
