- Mon-Fri schedule, day shift, 8-hour shifts
- Great nursing leadership and administration team!
- The Case Manager coordinates all authorizations and reauthorizations
- Must have active RN License or active Social Worker License
- Preferable to have previous case management experience within a hospital setting
- Low cost of living, low crime rate, and affordable housing
- Explore historic sites like Fort Fetterman and the Pioneer Memorial Museum
- Enjoy outdoor activities at Ayres Natural Bridge and Park
