supervising RBTs

within the program Opportunity to work across multiple campuses while maintaining consistent support Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evaluations Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide consultation, training, and support to staff Supervise and support RBTs Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral plans as needed Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with requirements Requirements

Active

BCBA certification (BACB) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field School-based or pediatric experience preferred Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements Compensation Options
