Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Techniker-Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektronik- und Elektromechaniktechnologien sowie zugehörigen Prozessen Ausbildung als Qualitätsmanager oder Auditor (z. B. DGQ) Gute Kenntnisse in APQP, PPAP, SPC, CPK, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5‑Why Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit sowie Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaf Verantwortungsbereiche Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des Supplier Quality Specialist Teams sowie der zugeordneten Warengruppe/Technologie Lieferantenmanagement entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus („Cradle-to-Grave“) Sicherstellung der Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Advanced Supplier Quality Leitung von Task Forces in PEP-Phasen und bei Lieferanteneskalationen in der Serie Steuerung und Umsetzung von Lieferanten-Verbesserungsprogrammen (Fokus Qualität) Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenqualität in PEP (z.
