As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary. We are looking for people who have Great people skills. Fun and outgoing personalities. Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month Preferred Skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills. Outside sales experience. Required Driver's License with reliable transportation. Must reside in NJ, within a 30–40-mile radius of where job posting is advertised A Day In The Life Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided). Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs. Walk through the home to assess opportunities. Educate customers on our products and services. Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs. Closets by Design – Overview Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.
