One 20‑minute workout is equivalent to hours on the gym floor, enabling members to build muscle and burn calories with minimal weight usage and joint impact. The entry‑level personal trainer position does not require a prior certification; a friendly disposition, some fitness experience, and a passion for helping members improve their lives are the main requirements. Encourage members and solicit feedback to adjust EMS settings. Provide personalized attention, modifying workouts for injuries and goals. Document workout progress and member observations. Prepare and deliver progress reports and recommendations. Set up EMS suits and equipment before appointments. Clean and maintain the studio and equipment. Generate referrals by delivering world‑class service. Administer InBody evaluations. Maintain the required EMS certification; training is provided at no cost. Assist with sales or other activities if the schedule is not fully booked. Essential Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, run, walk, jump, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs during normal studio operations. Capacity to demonstrate workouts to members. Desired Candidate Attributes A passion for fitness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
