Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and possess an active North Carolina state license. This role requires flexibility to float between multiple locations within Hertford/Windsor, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions and progress accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina state nursing license.
- BLS certification is required.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must adhere to a two-week notice cancellation policy. The position requires a commitment to delivering excellent patient care and the ability to adapt to various settings.
