Able to incorporate encryption, data protection, and ethical AI considerations into development and deployment.Independent Problem-Solving: Self-driven and resourceful, capable of working autonomously to troubleshoot complex problems and drive projects to completion without close supervision.Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project goals.AI/ML Expertise: Some foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on experience building AI agents or models (e.g. NLP assistants, predictive algorithms) and deploying them in production.Preferred Skills & Experience:Telecom Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom networks or IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) environments is a plus. Experience with Nokia IMS network elements or similar telecom systems is advantageous.Domain Experience: Previous work in telecommunications, network automation, or related industry experience can be beneficial.Experience with Redhat Openshift Deployments and Automation: A plus.Continuous Learning: Demonstrated enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.
