Positioned at the intersection of Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Technology, the team is responsible for driving scalable, standardized solutions that ensure content accuracy, traceability, and regulatory alignment.The team supports the end-to-end lifecycle of disclosure fragments and compliant content, improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, and enhancing audit readiness across the enterprise. Through strategic partnerships and platform modernization efforts, EPIC helps reduce risk while delivering consistent experiences for clients and representatives.As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms for Integrated Compliant Content (EPIC), you will collaborate across business and technology teams to drive scalable solutions, strengthen controls, and improve compliant content management practices. Our purpose-driven, supportive culture, and focus on your development enables you to make a meaningful difference for clients, colleagues, and your career.What you’ll doDevelop and advance the disclosure fragment management strategyAssess business needs, regulatory requirements, and current-state processes to identify opportunities to strengthen disclosure management capabilities.Define a future-state vision and scalable strategy for disclosure content management, with measurable outcomes tied to user experience, operational efficiency, control effectiveness, and risk mitigation.Develop clear, compelling materials that communicate priorities, influence leadership alignment, and support decision-making across multiple organizational levels.Lead and manage a cross-functional enterprise programDrive alignment across business units, compliance, legal, operations, marketing, product, and technology partners to evaluate opportunities, manage trade-offs, resolve dependencies, and deliver shared outcomes.Establish and lead operating routines that surface risks, track progress, resolve issues, and enable timely decisions across the disclosure program.Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify challenges with existing disclosure solutions and build consensus on practical paths forward.Partner with product and technology teams to evaluate platform solutions by feasibility, cost and impact and help shape the platform roadmap. Drive execution and deliver enterprise outcomesTranslate opportunities into clear, data-informed solutions that articulate value, risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions.Create, maintain, and actively manage a program roadmap informed by business priorities, partner input, product direction, and delivery dependencies.Partner with data stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop reporting that supports program management, user adoption, and leadership updates.We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s).Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.What you haveRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Content Governance, or a related discipline.Experience leading and enhancing complex operational, platform, or process-driven initiatives in a cross-functional environment.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build partnerships across business, compliance, legal, and technology organizations.Demonstrated experience managing governance, controls, audit readiness, or compliance-related activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.Experience balancing multiple priorities and executing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.Knowledge of content lifecycle and management.Experience supporting workflow automation, content management systems, or governance platforms.Proven ability to lead change management, training, and adoption initiatives.Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and scalable solutions.In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-126663Posted Date: 2 weeks ago(9/11/2026 12:58 PM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $129,000.00 - $172,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 9/28/2026Position Type: Full time
