Job Description

We are seeking a FT CSR to work in a fast paced warehouse environment

Temp-to-Hire | $20/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with customers and warehouse/operations teams.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and ensure on-time fulfillment.

Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, delays, and issues.

Use WMS, ERP, and CRM systems to manage orders and inventory.

Monitor inventory and assist with resolving discrepancies.

Track order accuracy, on-time shipments, and customer satisfaction.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns and order issues.

Work closely with warehouse, operations, and IT teams to resolve problems.

Help identify ways to improve efficiency and customer service.
