The primary purpose is to provide direct speech therapy services to adult and/or geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility, helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. Qualifications & Requirements North Carolina Speech‑Language Pathologist license required. ASHA Certification. Speech‑Language Pathologist Master’s degree required. Must be a SLP‑CCC.
