Alaska Office Assistant 3: Customer Service & Admin

State of Alaska

The Office Assistant 3 position is based on-site at the Division of Investments’ Juneau Headquarters, in the State Office Building. You will provide essential clerical support to the Customer Service team, helping to ensure accurate, efficient workflow for Alaska lending programs. You will be the courteous first point of contact for borrowers and staff, with responsibilities including data entry, document handling, and adherence to retention policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
