Junior Varsity Volleyball Head Coach
Resurrection College Prep High School
Resurrection College Prep High School is seeking a qualified Junior Varsity Volleyball Head Coach to join our volleyball program. This position plays a key role in the development of student-athletes and in preparing players for success at the varsity level.
The Junior Varsity Head Coach will be responsible for planning and running practices, developing game strategies, managing competitions, teaching advanced volleyball skills and team concepts, and fostering a positive and competitive team culture. This coach will work closely with the varsity head coach to support program goals, promote consistency across levels, and help student-athletes continue to grow as players and leaders.
Previous volleyball coaching or playing experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication skills, organization, and a commitment to mentoring student-athletes on and off the court are essential.
