Southern Tier Connect is seeking a Care Management Quality & Coverage Specialist to provide temporary or interim Care Manager coverage and support the Care Management department. This role also focuses on quality assurance, reviews of Life Plans, documentation, and records to ensure compliance and person-centered practice. The position serves as a resource to leadership, identifies trends, opportunities for improvement, and training needs, and supports OPWDD regulations and Health Home #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Tier Connect
