Antitrust Transactional Attorney

Midlevel Antitrust Transactional Associate - New York or Washington, DC
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a midlevel antitrust associate in New York or Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $435k.
Qualifications
- 2-5 year of transactional antitrust experience with law firm or U.S. agency experience.
- Experience with HSR, deal counseling and contract negotiation, dataroom management, and all aspects of merger investigations (including Second Request compliance) before the FTC, the DOJ and other enforcement agencies.
- Some experience with merger control and foreign direct investments.
- Other substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside of the transactional area is preferred but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials and research skills.
- Bar admission in New York or District of Columbia.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
