Position Overview The Operations Manager reports to the District Operations Manager and oversees the Service team, ensuring operational excellence throughout the gym. The role involves greeting members, directing guests and staff, maintaining gym functionality and cleanliness, managing retail and member fee compliance, monitoring revenue goals, and partnering with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing teams to improve overall performance and uphold brand standards. Position Purpose Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere, be great hosts, and serve as the hub for information for members, guests, and staff. Responsibilities Passionate about creating an elevated member experience through a friendly, approachable manner, actively listening to needs and concerns. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, including kids club, front desk, and janitorial staff. Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff; ensure clarity of roles. Provide constructive feedback on performance, highlighting strengths and improvement areas. Maintain high‑quality customer service, addressing concerns or complaints, managing membership inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain certifications, and implement safety protocols. Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing teams to improve gym performance and uphold brand standards. Monitor and order inventory such as fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products. Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions, providing necessary instructions. Qualifications 2–3 years of operations management experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3–4 years of customer service experience. Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels. Strong attention to detail, systematic problem‑solving, good time management, organization, and record‑keeping. Alignment with core values. Requirements Pass background check. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Knowledge of company policies and SOPs. Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public. Ability to use company computer systems for documents, data entry, and reports. Ability to bend routinely, lift more than 40 lb. Salary

$65,000 – $65,000 USD
