Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Client specifies no new graduates. Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, writing functional treatment plans and goals, and documenting using approved formats in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling per clinic policies. Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student clinical education when assigned. Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Preferred: prior experience working in outpatient settings with a focus on return-to-community functional programs.
