Activities Assistant Full-Time | $17.00-$18.00 per hour Looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a difference in the lives of others? Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help provide engaging recreational and social activities that promote connection, participation, and quality of life for our residents. What You'll Do Assist with planning and leading daily activities and programs Encourage residents to participate and create an inclusive, welcoming environment Provide hands-on support during scheduled activities Help prepare activity areas and clean up after programs Document resident participation and attendance Work closely with the Activities Director and other team members to support resident well-being What We're Looking For Previous experience working with seniors or patients preferred Warm, friendly, and compassionate personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and organized Enthusiastic about engaging with residents and creating meaningful experiences If you enjoy connecting with people and helping create enjoyable, meaningful days for others, we would love to have you join our team.
