Position: Clinical Mentor

Be the Best Clinical Mentor You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• A minimum of two years of experience as an RN
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
• Strong clinical background in geriatric Home Health is required
• Must have OASIS experience

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Must possess a current unrestricted RN license in state of agency operation
• Current CPR Certification required
