We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead high-volume, premium independent concept in Atlanta . This role require someone who can naturally balance the high technical standards of fine dining with sound business management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, ensuring that both service excellence and financial goals are met consistently. Because we operate outside of rigid corporate hotel structures, our leaders have the autonomy to run their businesses like true partners, backed by an established family hospitality legacy.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 + years of GM experience in a Fine Dining, VERY high-volume setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first attitude
• Proven success in managing operations, financials, and service standards
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service is a plus
• Ability to lead with professionalism, urgency, and warmth
• Flexible schedule: must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
