Triangle Springs is a 77‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Raleigh, NC. We treat substance abuse and mental health patients. How you’ll contribute Assess patients and plan care within established timeframes while documenting findings according to policies and procedures. Oversee and supervise the shift, including delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, and meal supervision. Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed while delivering exemplary patient care. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately, including physician notification when necessary. Administer medications in accordance with hospital policy. Use empathy, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions. Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment plan goals are properly executed. Assist with and perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients. Perform timely and accurate documentation in the medical record. What we’re looking for Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hire. Behavioral health or acute care experience preferred. Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), rotating weekends. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000. Why join us Shift differentials.
