We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Scheduling Specialist to join a healthcare team serving the Midwest region. This full-time role involves managing patient appointment scheduling to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction for both patients and providers.

• Coordinate daily patient scheduling through telephone, electronic, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the registration team to streamline check-in and check-out processes, enhancing patient experience and accuracy.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with medical staff and supporting departments, promptly addressing any scheduling concerns.
• Handle requests, complaints, and communications with discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Manage automated appointment reminder systems to reduce no-shows.
• Perform physical tasks associated with the role and maintain consistent attendance.

• Proven problem-solving and planning abilities.
