As our People Partner, you will work closely with our leadership team to help shape the culture, systems, and leadership habits that will define FacilityForce’s next chapter. Job Description What You Will Help Lead Culture and Leadership Help us build a connected, accountable, high-trust culture Coach leaders to lead with clarity, consistency, and care Reinforce our values through everyday actions, not posters Talent and Team Growth Support hiring, onboarding, and retention as we scale Build development pathways for managers and future leaders Strengthen performance conversations and expectations Engagement and Wellbeing Create the conditions where people thrive and feel seen Turn engagement insights into meaningful action Champion a healthy, sustainable workplace Organizational Design and Workforce Planning Partner with leadership on structure, roles, and growth planning Bring a people lens to business decisions as we evolve People Operations and Risk Ensure strong HR fundamentals, including policies, compliance, and documentation Spot people-related risks early and help us address them well About You You genuinely care about people, and you are not afraid of accountability. You bring calm, thoughtful leadership. You know how to listen deeply, coach directly, and help teams move forward through growth and change.
