Water Resources Engineer

Our client is searching for a Water Resources Engineer to oversee and coordinate activities within their Water Resources Engineering Department.

Job Requirements

• - Coordinate and supervise assigned engineering activities and personnel within the Water Resources team.
• Perform design, analysis, and review of water resource projects, including utilities, infrastructure, and related systems.
• Conduct field surveys and investigations to collect data, verify conditions, and support project development.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation to support design and construction efforts.
• Evaluate data and recommend design adjustments or process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address project needs and technical questions.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety procedures, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• - Bachelor"s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of experience performing civil or utility engineering work, including project coordination or oversight.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required at time of hire.
• Must obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure within two years of eligibility.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, design processes, and field operations.
• Skilled in data analysis, project documentation, and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver"s license and willingness to perform fieldwork in varying outdoor conditions. xhyhwjd
• Ability to work extended hours or on-call when project demands require.
