Position: Phlebotomist / Patient Services Representative II
Location: Castle Rock, CO 80104
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST

Job Summary

Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely.
Handle pediatric, geriatric, capillary, clinical, and forensic collections .
Verify patient information, properly label specimens, and maintain required documentation.
Provide excellent patient/customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .
May require travel between patient service centers/office locations, including flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent - Required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience - Required
Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy experience required.
Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Patient Service Center experience preferred.
Customer service and data-entry/keyboard experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.

Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
