Warehouse Lead

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations while providing administrative support. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines office responsibilities with warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and prior warehouse experience with the ability to help keep operations running efficiently.

Compensation:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour, DOE

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Fife, WA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and material movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using computer software.
• Enter data, update reports, and process warehouse documentation.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal departments regarding orders and inventory.
• Help prioritize daily tasks and support team productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized files and accurate documentation.
• Ensure warehouse operations follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to learn and use warehouse management or inventory software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

• Approximately 60% office/administrative duties and 40% warehouse floor support.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent communication between office and operations staff.
