Claims Manager/Wholesale/Brokerage/MGA to 100k base, incentives, complete benefits package, hybrid schedule(Tuesday/Thursday in office) Northern New Jersey.Established long standing wholesale brokerage and MGA is seeking a Claims Manager due to impending retirement. Manage daily functions of the Claims Department and provide communication and act as liaison between Claims Department and Senior Management. Main responsibilities include and not limited to hiring conduct performance reviews and train claims staff, oversee large exposures and review complex files, communicate with associates, agents, adjusters and attorneys, prepare claims audits and direct claims staff with coverage issues. 5-10 years claims leadership in a property and casualty claims operation. Degree preferred. To 100k+incentives, benefits. Hybrid schedule.
