What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor critically ill infants, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Assist with the transition of patients through different phases of care, minimizing delays and preventable complications.
• Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control guidelines.
• Support family education and emotional needs during neonatal emergencies.

What You Need

• Valid RN license for Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU or critical care experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
