Customer Service Representatives

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months work experience in a customer service or an appointment setting background.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy; can easily learn and navigate CRMs and payment processing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance guidelines.
• Priority given to Active Duty Military Spouses and Family Members or from the MSEP initiative.
• Must be able to provide own equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from donors, supporters, and general inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Process donations accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with data privacy and payment policies.
• Handle donor account updates, address changes, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and completeness.
• Escalate complex or sensitive donor issues to team leads or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling donor and financial information.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, donor satisfaction, and productivity targets.
• Support fundraising campaigns, seasonal giving drives, and special outreach initiatives.
