YOU DAY AS OUR TACOMA/LAKEWOOD HOME CARE SUPERVISOR – PIERCE COUNTY As our Tacoma/Lakewood Home Care Supervisor – Scheduler, your days are a blend of organization, empathy, and teamwork. You ensure that clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it and create a supportive environment for our caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent Demonstrated ability to supervise staff Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and cooperatively Proficiency with MS Office Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Some college Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION This full‑time position is based in Lakewood, WA.
