RBT — Mentored Path to BCBA (In-Person)

Alpaca Health is actively hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-provided plan, apply behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent, trusting relationships that support growth. Mentorship from a dedicated BCBA is a hallmark of our program, not management.
