The Burger King General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. This leadership role drives team performance, maintains high standards, and implements strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial targets, including sales growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize product quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Develop and manage restaurant budgets, forecasting sales and expenses accurately.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.

Job Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume restaurant or multi-unit food service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
