Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $35–$37/hour

Schedule: 2-2-3 night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility by keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on large industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (motors, controls, VFDs, circuits)
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams
• Use tools and test equipment (meters, hand/power tools, etc.)
• Replace parts such as belts, bearings, motors, chains, and gearboxes
• Complete equipment changeovers to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Support general facility maintenance (basic plumbing, repairs, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with 3-phase motors and up to 480V systems
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience
• Industrial maintenance experience on large machinery

Work Environment:

Clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility with large production equipment. Hands-on role requiring safe work practices around operating machinery.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $76960.00/yr.

Will provide upon request from contractors

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington,NC.

This position is anticipated to close on May 29, 2026.
