About the Position
TransForce is seeking CDL A Team Drivers to support our client’s operations in the Maryville area. This long-term opportunity offers dedicated routes, steady work, reliable scheduling, weekly home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $1,600 per week
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500
- Schedule: Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. through Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
- Workweek: 40 hours per week
- Route schedule: Four-day workweek with weekly home time
- Employment type: Long-term flex
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment on assigned OTR routes.
- Transport automotive freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the role.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic trucks.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
