Lab Manager Position in Pennsylvania
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lab Manager to join our team in Pennsylvania. The Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory and ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate laboratory activities
- Supervise lab personnel and provide training and guidance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement lab procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with researchers and other team members on projects
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
