The Maintenance Tech assists in the day-to-day functions of the Plant Operations Department such as waste management, security, supply stocking, grounds-keeping and floor care. ***Join us for open interviews every Wednesday 10a-12p and every Saturday and Sunday 10a-12p!!*** Benefits are available and vary by employment status. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician :

• 1 Performs routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
• 2 Moves furniture, equipment, and assists residents with moving needs as

assigned. * 3 Performs work orders as assigned, including minor building and equipment repairs. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• 1 High school diploma or GED required
• 2 Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write,
