The work

The Scrum Master will guide cross‑functional teams through Agile delivery in support of SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of S/4HANA and SAP process‑centric capabilities. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, promotes collaboration, and ensures consistent application of Scrum principles throughout the project lifecycle. The Scrum Master will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and delivery partners to maintain transparency, improve team performance, and support continuous improvement. Hands‑on familiarity with SAP—especially S/4HANA, SAP Channel Execution, and SAP Customer‑to‑Cash processes—is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

• Guide and support teams working on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Channel Execution, and Customer‑to‑Cash processes

• Remove impediments to ensure teams can effectively deliver on sprint goals

• Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous improvement across the Agile teams

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and alignment with business priorities

• Track and report on team performance, velocity, and sprint outcomes

• Coach team members on Agile best practices and effective Scrum methodologies

• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of SAP capabilities

Here’s what you need:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner

• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master supporting SAP‑based projects

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Channel Execution, and SAP Customer‑to‑Cash processes

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools

• Ability to guide teams, facilitate ceremonies, and improve delivery performance

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and drive process improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP modernization or large‑scale SAP transformation programs

• Exposure to process optimization or change‑management activities

• Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)

• Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
