Partner with Property Management, Development, Accounting, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to support financial performance, occupancy, capital planning, and long-term portfolio strategy.
Conduct periodic site visits to evaluate property condition, operational performance, capital needs, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor national financing trends, market conditions, and affordable housing programs to identify opportunities and inform portfolio strategy.
Mentor and provide guidance to Asset Managers and other team members while contributing to departmental best practices and continuous improvement.
