ServiceNow Manager

Salary: $134,710 - 268,985 per year Requirements:

• We need at least five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, including at least three years directly overseeing the ServiceNow platform with strong emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or at least five years of equivalent professional experience.
• You should have completed at least two full ServiceNow implementations and hold an active ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) certification; additional certifications such as CIS in IT Service Management, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Risk and Compliance, Third-party Risk Management, or Vulnerability Response are preferred.
• We look for experience leading teams of varying sizes on agile-based projects or project components to meet defined requirements.
• You must be willing to travel as needed.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

• We manage ServiceNow client implementations across multiple workstreams, from early planning and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-engagement support.
• We facilitate client workshops to share leading practices for ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, while translating complex business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• We partner with decision-makers to define project roadmaps and ensure delivery stays aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• We coach, train, and mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• We lead onshore and offshore teams in delivering agile workstreams assigned by engagement leadership.
• We contribute to business development efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, and pursuit activities, collaborating with other KPMG service lines and industry groups.
