BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our Morris County Nursing Team .

If you’ve ever felt stretched thin by heavy facility ratios, constant call lights, or rushed care, BAYADA offers something different. Here, you care for one client at a time , in their home—allowing you to slow down, be present, and truly make a difference for both the patient and their family.

Looking for consistency in your schedule and patient relationships? At BAYADA, we work with your availability to match you with 1–2 ongoing cases that fit your schedule. This allows you to build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients, provide consistent care, and truly make a difference—without constantly switching assignments.

$33–$35 per hour
No minimum hours required
