Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.

- Maintain the security of the hotel and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.

- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
