Network Engineer - Cisco/AI - 10+ yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required - GA

Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Network Engineer with Cisco and AI experience.

Location: Linthicum Heights, Maryland

Travel Required: No

Shift: Day

Remote Type: Onsite

Security Clearance:  Current TS/SCI

Polygraph:  Required

Salary Range

The projected compensation range for this position is 217K-248K  (annualized USD).

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Experience with building complex networks from scratch in addition to maintaining existing networks.
  
• Background/experience with AI, in particular the capabilities and risks AI would introduce to managing networks.
  
• Ability to serve/skilled at serving in an advisory capacity. 
  
• Experience in network design to include routing, switching, and network security is required.
  
• CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required.
  

Qualifications

• A Master's degree with eight (8) years of system engineering   experience 
  
• OR a Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years of systems engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university 
  
• OR a High School Diploma or GED with fourteen (14) years of network engineering experience.
