GuideStar Eldercare is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to deliver neuro-behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to support elderly patients with neurocognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The role emphasizes collaboration with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuous care and improve patient outcomes.
