Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionateSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLP-CF) for a school-based contractopportunity in Key West, FL. This is a great opportunity forclinicians looking to expand their experience while supportingstudents in a collaborative educational environment. Multiple caseloads andschool settings may be available depending on district needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Job Details

• On-site contract assignment
• School-based setting
• Caseloads may include PreK, elementary, middle, or high school students
• Multiple school sites may be assigned based on district needs
• Duties include evaluations, assessments, therapy services, IEP participation, documentation, and collaboration with staff and families 
• Competitive Pay: $39+ an hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Support student communication and academic success across educational settings
