This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned software developer who enjoys both creating applications and solving intricate data issues.Achieving success in this position necessitates a well-rounded skill set—approximately 50% C#/.NET development and 50% SQL Server and enterprise data integration.Initially, you will be a key player in the company's enterprise ETL modernization project while aiding in the development of modern .NET 8 microservices that are crucial to business applications.As the modernization project advances, you will contribute to broadening the company's microservices architecture and enterprise integration platform.Responsibilities Develop enterprise applications using C# and .NET 8 Create and build scalable REST APIs and microservices Craft advanced SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects Assist in enterprise ETL development and data integration projects Engage in migrating from Informatica to SnapLogic Establish integrations between enterprise systems, such as Salesforce and other business platforms Utilize Kafka messaging and contemporary integration technologies Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and suggest technical solutions Participate in design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support Contribute to a cooperative Agile development environment employing GitHub, Jira, and modern CI/CD practicesRequirements: Substantial professional experience in enterprise software development using C#/.NET Proficient in SQL Server development, including advanced T-SQL skills Skilled in writing stored procedures, views, functions, and intricate SQL queries Experience with enterprise data integration or ETL solutions Proficiency in building REST APIs and microservices Familiarity with Dapper Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate with business stakeholdersPreferred Experience .NET 8 Kafka Knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment familiarity) Exposure to SnapLogic, Informatica, or similar ETL platforms Proficient in GitHub CI/CD Experience with Jira / Atlassian tools Salesforce integrations Background in retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other high-volume transactional environmentsWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is not a position where developers simply receive instructions and code.
