Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician – Locums, Virginia

Location: Fredericksburg, VA.

Type: Locums (24‑hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• 24‑hour shifts within the 7 am – 7 am schedule.
• Manage 16–20 patients per shift.
• Provide inpatient obstetrics and gynecology coverage.
• Manage both low‑risk and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Perform and interpret obstetric ultrasounds.
• Make C‑section decisions and perform C‑sections.
• Handle complicated deliveries, including breech presentations and VBACs.
• Support approximately 1,700 deliveries per year.
