Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Shift: Tuesday‑Saturday 9:00–17:00; Off Sunday/Monday Essential Responsibilities Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments Stage deliveries and store all product in designated location Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning parking lot and entrance to building Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean Ensure cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping, and washing Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers and transporting materials to disposal area and recycling materials Clean and sanitize product per company standard operating procedure Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts Follow all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations Non‑Essential Responsibilities Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the company Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year general work experience preferred Strong communication skills Attention to detail Time‑management skills Knowledge of general warehouse operations Knowledge of equipment and function of powered industrial trucks for product relocation and safety inspection Microsoft Office products (preferred) Physical Demands Warehouse environment: sitting frequently, standing frequently, walking frequently, talking frequently, hearing frequently Lift or move up to 100 pounds Usage of hands and fingers Reaching with hands and arms Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally Sight required for safety Benefits Excellent career growth opportunities through on‑the‑job training and development programs 401(k) with employer matching Mental health and life resources Medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans Get paid on‑demand Base pay or uncapped commission Employee discounts on mattresses and sleep accessories, cell phones and electronics, travel, car and home loans Compensation Competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour * depending on qualifications and experience.
