Benefits Specialist
S&A Group is seeking dependable and professional individuals to join our team as a Benefits Specialist. This role combines client support services, working with individuals who have requested information about our services, and help to get their benefits in place.
This is a structured position with training, clear expectations, and compensation tied to performance.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients who have requested information and guide them through available benefit options
- Assist current clients with account updates, billing questions, and general support
- Recommend appropriate benefit options based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
- Provide a professional and efficient experience in every interaction
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Access to a laptop or tablet, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation & Schedule
- $50,000$65,000 annually, based on performance
- Additional bonuses and incentives available
- Hybrid role, fully remote days weekly
