Senior Lending & Customer Growth Specialist (Bilingual)

Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Senior Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to join our team in Missouri. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and drive customer service excellence while achieving branch sales goals in a regulated financial services environment.
The role requires proven success in sales and customer acquisition, strong CRM and analytical skills, and the ability to work within policies and procedures. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
