Job Details Job Location: Preble Home Health Services LLC - Eaton, OH 45320 Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health Location: Preble County, Ohio and surrounding areas Employment Type: Part-Time | PRN Make a Difference Where It Matters Most We are seeking a compassionate and motivated OT to join our growing home health team. In this role, you\'ll help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by providing individualized therapy in the comfort of their homes. Responsiblities Evaluation patient\'s functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy service to improve activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination and safety. Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications to enhance independence Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques, home exercise programs, and fall prevention strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists and other disciplines in the home Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Current Ohio OT license Current CPR and/or BLS certification Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Excellent communication, organizational and clinical skills Home health experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Weekly pay Pay per visit Flexible scheduling Supportive interdisclipnary team Collaborative and patient-focused work environment Paid time off Why Join Our Team?
